These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chronodex ("the Platform"), operated by Chronodex ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. Access & License

A one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to the Chronodex platform, including all course modules, quizzes, flashcards, and leaderboards, for as long as the platform continues to operate. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the platform, not any individual.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or access to any third party. Each purchase entitles one individual to access.

3. Educational Purpose

Chronodex provides educational content about Rolex watches for informational purposes only. This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rolex SA, Rolex USA, or any of their subsidiaries. The Rolex name, logos, and references are used solely under nominative fair use for educational identification.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on the platform, including course text, quiz questions, interface design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Chronodex. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chronodex is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. In no event shall Chronodex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
