We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Chronodex isn't the right fit, here's how our refund process works.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, both of the following must be true:

• You have completed less than 20% of the course (fewer than 3 of 15 module quizzes completed)
• You have not completed the Final Exam

Always Refunded

Regardless of usage, we will always refund the following situations:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Unresolved technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@chronodex.app with your purchase email and order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
